The policies listed below have been carefully developed to protect both you (The Client) and us. (Graphicsbyvana LLC.). All customers are advised to carefully read the terms of service prior to booking a service. All terms of service are accepted by you (The client) when booking.
PAYMENTS
Graphicsbyvana's prices are all subject to change at any time, and any changes are effective immediately after they are posted online. Prior to any alterations, Graphicsbyvana and the client must agree on a price, which must be upheld until the project is finished. Payment in full is required before work begins on projects costing $499 or less. Before any work is started on projects priced at $500 or more, a non-refundable deposit of at least 50% is required. If full payment or deposits are not made within 24 hours of receiving the invoice, the project may be canceled, unless the item was purchased directly from the website. Within 24 hours of the purchase, all project materials must be supplied and completed. Failure to send project materials to Graphicsbyvana will result in a $20 fee for each day that the materials are overdue; failure to do so affects turnaround times and my schedule. All outstanding amounts are due within 24 hours of your final acceptance of the design concept. The project will be completed and all files will be sent to you after the last payment has been received. Currently, Cashapp and PayPal are the only payment methods accepted. No project will be started until full payment has been received.
REFUNDS / CANCELLATIONS
Refunds for any services are not offered by Graphicsbyvana unless otherwise specified. Buyer's remorse or the desire to work with a different business is not an acceptable reason for a refund. When payment is received, the sale is FINAL. Because modifications can be required, there might be a spike in orders, or previous orders might take a little longer than anticipated, it is advisable that you allow enough time for your project to be completed. I am an independent contractor. I give fair time frames for each project, but if it's a busy time, it can take me a little longer to start. It is your decision whether to revoke a service that has already been provided or paid for. Payments already received by Graphicsbyvana will not be refunded. The client will not receive a refund for any payments made in full or in part if they decide to cancel after receiving only a portion of the completed work. Graphicsbyvana shall retain ownership of all artwork, layouts, and development; the client will not receive the remaining work for ownership. Once complete payment has been made and the project is completed, ownership will be given to the client. Any payments will only be refunded if Graphicsbyvana is unable to complete the project due to illness or personal reasons.
TURNAROUND TIME
Getting projects finished on time is important. However, more time can be required for completion due to the difficulty of each project and client. Please be aware that all deadlines apply only to business days. The design timeframe may be extended by 2-4 business days during busy periods. Holidays and weekends are not included in the timeframe for any project.
All business essentials (including logos, flyers, business cards, branding templates, packages, and other services) take up to 7-14 business days.
Thumbnails take up to 2-24 business hours.
All YouTube essentials (including intros, outros, banners, video edits, bundles, and other services) take up to 7-14 business days.
Website Designs take up to 30 business days.
DRAFTS
Any and all draft photos are intended just for approval. Without Graphicsbyvana's previous approval, they may not be copied, altered, or disseminated to anybody or any organization outside those who are directly associated with the project. Graphicsbyvana is the owner of all drafts.
DESIGN PROCESS
It's necessary to have some form of vision that can be explained to me. Please be aware that our creative visions might not align if you ask me to freestyle my thoughts for your project. This may result in more revisions than are required. It is best to at least have a rough idea of the project before you purchase it. All HIGH-QUALITY pictures and/or information that clients need for their projects must be provided. Photos with pixelation will have a poor look. Please don't send any irrelevant screenshots, pictures, or videos. Please make sure that all information sent is free of copyright and has been spell-checked.

REVISIONS
Revisions are meant to be utilized for minor design adjustments; a complete redesign, a novel idea, or anything requiring more research is not included. Revision fees apply to any and all modifications that weren't specified in the initial order form.
YouTube essentials (including intros, outros, banners, and video edits) accept a limit of up to 3 revisions. Each revision after that will be a charge of $10 each.
Business essentials (including logos, flyers, business cards, branding templates, packages, and other services) accept a limit of up to 3 revisions each. Each revision after that will be a charge of $10 each.
Website design accepts a limit of up to 8 revisions each. Each revision after that will be a charge of $15.
Revision fees must be paid before the revision is made.
FILES
All design-only projects are delivered to you via email from Graphicsbyvana. JPG, PNG, and PDF files for logo designs will always be given. Other digital products are supplied in JPG or PNG formats, such as business cards, flyers, and website graphics. If a PDF file is required, we must be contacted in order to provide it for you. Despite being given a copy, all primary PSD files remain the property of Graphicsbyvana. After a project is completed and all files (aside from the main files) have been sent to you, you become the owner of the purchased rights. Unless otherwise specified, you also allow Graphicsbyvana the right to use the finished project for marketing and/or portfolio-related purposes.
